WHAT'S WRONG???

arrrggg, i dont know whats wrong with blogger or my stupid setting.
i have spaced out the sections i want but all seem to be clammed up into ONE BIG paragraph.
and im sure it'll bore ppl.
got to figure out the problem soon.
any suggestions anyone?
